GKR International have partnered exclusively with a fast-growing Pan-European Real Estate fund who are looking to bolster their finance team. Backed by a well-known conglomerate with deep pockets, this business is quickly expanding its operations and investments in London and the UK. With this they are seeking a Management Accountant that will come in and working closely with the Controller in supporting several entities under their remit. This will be a very hands-on role reporting directly to senior management with the opportunity to grow within the role, very achievable.
The Role will include:
- Monthly financial reporting for several UK entities
- Ownership of statuary reporting
- Oversight of the balance sheet
- Own all third party relationships
- Payment runs
- Vat Returns
- Inter Company account reconciliation, accounting and management
- Monthly Board reporting alongside CFO and FC
- Own and manage the audit process, VAT & Tax through the year
Experience required:
- 3-4 years relevant experience with oversight of multiple entities
- Part Qualified/Qualified - ACCA support will be provided
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Strong basic bookkeeping skills
- Strong journal and posting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Payroll experience
- Experience using SAP/Oracle type software advantageous
- Strong digital filing experience
- Strong work ethic
- Professional outlook

Package: £45,000 - £50,000, Monday to Friday with some hybrid opportunity
