Role: Management Accountant – Global Advertising Agency

Paying £50,000 - £55,000

Based: Central London

TalentEdge are currently working with a leading independent Global Advertising Agency who are looking to hire a Management Accountant to join their established finance team during this period of exciting growth.

This role is a great opportunity for a bright, up and coming and ambitious individual looking to develop their career in finance. You will be a integral & active member of the finance team as this role combines both Management Accounts and Commercial responsibility, making this role a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts and supporting documents in a timely manner

• Month End responsibilities include: Revenue postings, Accruals and Prepayments of costs, Balance Sheet Reconciliations acting as the go to person for month end

• Assist key senior stakeholders with preparation of forecasts, budgets and KPI analysis

• Business partnering with key non financial stakeholders across the business

• Working closely with external auditors

• Pulling together Management Accounts with client and project analysis

• Supervise and mentor junior members of the team

• Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

The Ideal Person:

• Newly qualified ACCA or CIMA

• Experience preparing and producing management accounts

• Transferable industry experience is essential ideally from an agency background

• Strong commercial acumen

• Basic understanding of FP&A

• Strong Excel skills

• A proactive and driven individual who is eager to learn and develop their skill set

• Excellent communication skills, working with both finance and non finance stakeholders
