What you will be doing:
Working within the Accounting & Finance team to provide key insights and accurate reporting used to drive decision making across the business.
Day to day you will:
Month End Procedure including processing and reconciling invoices and month end reporting
Audit Preparation and support
Assist with preparation of Management and Statutory accounts
Accruals and prepayments schedules
Preparing reports and coordinating with the Head of Finance operations for commentaries and variance analysis
Leading the accounts payable and receivable
Execute and manage processes of internal controls and procedures
HMRC submissions such as VAT return
Improve and manage reporting procedures and system implementation projects when required
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
The ability to think critically and solve problems
Studying/Part Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Ideally you will:
Have an analytical approach to work
Have problem-solving skills and initiative
Show strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
Be a great communicator and team player
Eager to learn and develop professionally and personally
Comfortable working in a fast-changing business

£35k - 45k base salary
