Management Accountant | World Renowned Live Events Company | Manchester
Harmonic are thrilled to be partnering exclusively with one of the UK’s most well known and reputable live music and event businesses in the search for their next Management Accountant.

Having grown from inception 20 years ago into one of the largest names in their sector, our client is known throughout the world for the best in class events they deliver. Centred around DnB and techno music, our client regularly host the likes of Bicep, Annie Mac and Andy C. There is also a close connection to Parklife and there is an already established presence in Europe.
Our client attract over 250,000 customers from across the globe each year, all coming to see a combination of new emerging talent as well as the established names in the industry. Due to their success, the business are well placed to continue their growth trajectory and will continue to build out their team as a result. With a collaborative work environment in place, this is a great opportunity for finance professionals keen to fully immerse themselves within the live music space.
The Role:
Reporting into a Finance Manager that has been with the business for over 5 years, this is a role with clear and defined progressional opportunities in place in line with the company ethos of internal development and promotion. The role will take sole responsibility for the management accounts alongside line managing the current finance assistant in place.
The Duties:
- Producing the monthly management accounts
- Ownership of P+Ls for specific Live Events throughout the year
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Posting journals in line with the parent companies SOX procedures
- Preparation of monthly cashflows
- Ad hoc support to assist the finance manager
What we need to see (essential):
- Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
- Outward facing team player
What we need to see (bonus):
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA studier
- Accounts Payable background
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + study support + industry benefits
