If you are not afraid to be hands-on and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and dynamic team, then this Reward & Employment Tax team can offer you the opportunity to work across a number of areas including but not limited to:
- Due diligence on transactions
- Advising a wide range of clients on all tax (both UK & International) aspects of employee remuneration; particularly Management Incentive Plans (MIP)
- Design and implement share and cash-based MIPs
- Review equity incentive aspects of PE and corporate transactions; including across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide leadership as well as mentor and develop junior staff
- Manage multiple projects, client engagements and budgets
- Getting involved with Business Development
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent) and have strong UK Reward Tax experience. Willingness and/or exposure to work on dd client engagements would be advantageous
