- Transactions Services
- Support the management of all aspects of the transaction competently, advising junior team members on technical aspects of the transaction.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of the client deliverable, ensuring a quality document is produced to facilitate the client’s decision-making.
- (Shape the future of Corporate Finance) Collaborate with our client leadership team to guide strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and address key project challenges.
- M&A

- As a Director for M&A, you'll foster a thriving team environment through performance management, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and training, empowering individuals to excel.

Requirements
- Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA or an equivalent accreditation.
- We're seeking passionate professionals with demonstrable experience in the Corporate Finance function.
- Proven track record of guiding clients through successful buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Experience in effectively managing and developing staff, as well as demonstrating business development skills.
