Manager To Associate Director Level Transaction Services/M&A

We’re seeking talented Transaction Services Professionals (Manager to Associate Director Level) and an M&A Director to join our client who are the leading global professional services firm in the UK. • Transactions Services 
• Support the management of all aspects of the transaction competently, advising junior team members on technical aspects of the transaction.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of the client deliverable, ensuring a quality document is produced to facilitate the client’s decision-making.
• (Shape the future of Corporate Finance) Collaborate with our client leadership team to guide strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and address key project challenges.
• M&A
• (Lead with purpose) Whether managing complex engagements or overseeing new project development, you'll spearhead initiatives with a results-oriented mindset and an inspiring approach.
• As a Director for M&A, you'll foster a thriving team environment through performance management, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and training, empowering individuals to excel.
• Be a key player in building strategic relationships, identifying new clients, and securing winning deals, shaping the future of our practice.

Requirements

• Possession of a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICAS, CPA or an equivalent accreditation.
• We're seeking passionate professionals with demonstrable experience in the Corporate Finance function.
• Proven track record of guiding clients through successful buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Experience in effectively managing and developing staff, as well as demonstrating business development skills.
• Encouraging candidates with backgrounds in financial sector/insurance/asset management auditors and others to encourage to apply.
