As the Global Supply Chain & Strategy Capabilities Associate Director, you'll be accountable for uplifting GSC&S people capabilities aligned to our strategic objectives. What you will do:

  • Responsible for a wide range of activities  from assessing priority skills development needs across GSC&S to designing world-class, effective learning & development programs and determining the best delivery methods.

  • Design and monitor metrics and data collection to demonstrate results.

  • Collect and apply research, benchmarking, and “voice of the customer” to formulate learning & development plans and programs that incorporate the latest effective trends.

  • Work collaboratively across GSC&S and AZ global learning & development network to leverage insights, plans, and best practices.

  • Develop engaging communications to create energy, enthusiasm, and engagement in prioritized learning opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in learning & development with demonstrated results that met or exceeded organizational objectives, and more than 5 years of total work experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, influencing, collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and geographies, and with senior stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and learning experience systems.

  • Experience coordinating and driving multiple programs simultaneously to successful delivery in fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with data and digital capabilities development.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as Nucleus, Cornerstone, MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, MS Project or similar.

  • Passionate about making a difference for people through learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management.

  • Knowledge of or previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience delivering effective digital upskilling programs.

  • Project management/project delivery experience.
