This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Managing Accountant to join a growing business who are looking to add to their young, dynamic, and social workforce. You will be given the opportunity to progress your career into a senior management position.

This Estate Agents were established 12 years ago. They specialize in student accommodation, landlord management, residential lettings, and property investments. They take pride in themselves on their great customer service that they provide to both tenants and landlords. This great service has found them success in in the Southwest which has resulted in them wanting to add to their great Accountancy Department.
Within this role you will be expected to manage the accounts department and different portfolios of client accounts whilst serving as their primary point of contact. You'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships clients. As well as preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Whilst using accounting software such as to manage client accounts amongst other responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be qualified at least to an AAT level 3. As well as having great communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and great organizational skills to manage their accounts.

The Role:

• Managing Accountant

• Using accounting software like Xero, Quickbooks, and Sage

The Person:

• Experienced Accountant
• Organized and great communicator both verbally and written
• Has at least a AAT Level 3 accountancy qualification
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
