Tiger Private has an exciting opportunity for a PA, proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English, with prior experience working in a private household and handling UHNW clients. You will have strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills and flexibility to travel globally, multitask, and work effectively within a multicultural team.
Key responsibilities will be:
• Managing correspondence, diaries, and appointments.
• Organising travel arrangements (international, European, local) and liaising with various staff members.
• Overseeing household operations in multiple residences (London and Paris) and accompanying the principal during travels.
• F&B service occasionally and event planning.
• Managing staff and ensuring smooth operations in the principal's lifestyle.
Shared accommodation can be provided if necessary, as there is an option for this to be a live-in position if required. Working structure would be based off of a 5-day working week, whoever some degree of flexibility would be required. Global travel is essential, and the client is open to sponsoring the successful candidate.
