Essential Requirements / Experience:

• Experience in a similar position (Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement)
• We are looking for someone that has experience in one of the following: Aerospace, CNC Programming / Robot Paint Spraying or Composites

Salary and Benefits

·Competitive annual salary between £40,000 - £60,000

·Flexi-time (Flexible start and finish times)

·Based near Hitchin, Knebworth, Letchworth Garden City

Manufacturing Engineer / Project Engineer x2

The Role

·As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be accountable for developing processing ways of working, as well as engineering assembly processes

·Improving manufacturing processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency, this will include reviewing and rescheduling when necessary

·Continuous improvement of production and manufacturing processes

·Implementation of lean manufacturing methods to improve production efficiency

·Interacting with customers in support of the new product development, problem solving on the shop floor and manufacturing areas

·Balancing requirements against resources & agreeing delivery dates
