R0249221-PSC Junior Production Manager As a Junior Production Manager, you will be working with production staff and Team Leaders in both Fareham and Nest and supporting the PSC Production Manager. Working closely with other members of the site team, you will actively promote all lean concepts and be the lead on improvement projects for the PSC. The successful candidate will have a methodical and process driven mind-set, and with solid people management skills. Lead complex improvement projects. Improve process and systems to improve performance. Support the investigation of customer complaints and drive any corrective actions through the training process Verify effectiveness of, and improve, quality assurance system using lean methods. Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment. Experience of rolling out training to individuals and groups is desirable.
