Are you a Manufacturing professional, who has worked at managerial level, looking for the opportunity for job security plus progression and promotion opportunities in the beautiful area of Northern Scotland?
The site has been invested in heavily over the past few years and continues to expand.
The position is to work in a manufacturing environment, working on a shift pattern on 7.45am to 7.45pm (day shift) and 7.45pm to 7.45am (nightshift). The managerial tasks will include (but not be limited to), line management of circa 16 staff per shift, health and safety, quality, continuous improvement and performance management.
The Role

1. Full time permanent position within manufacturing working shifts (days/nights)
2. Managerial level position reporting to the Production Manager
3. Lead the shift in terms of performance, quality and health and safety.

The Person

1. Working experience within the manufacturing sector
2. Experience of directly managing teams
3. Any health and safety, quality or lean qualifications would be preferred.
4. Willing to work shifts and a UK driving licence.
