With over 200 fixed and floating moorings available for river and canal boats of all sizes, the team at Hartford pride themselves on making berthing simple and comfortable
So, what will the role as Marina & Estates Assistant involve?
- Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our Marina in tip-top condition
- Operating machinery such as our boat hoist and lifting equipment
- General estate maintenance
- Supporting in the Marina office where required
- Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers
- General onsite support where required
What experience do you need to be a Marina & Estates Assistant?
As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:
- Being computer literate
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An interest in site maintenance, and more importantly- Boats!
