An opportunity has arisen to join a knowledgeable and local Property Management team in Oundle. Our client is an independent market town property specialist that has knowledgeable and friendly teams which are the backbone of their culture.
They are seeking a highly organised individual to join their Property Management team as a Property Management Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our Property Management activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the real estate industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating brochures and property write-up's
- Ordering boards
- Undertaking inventories
- Attending check in's
- Seeing applications through including referencing
- Checking file compliance
- Assisting with Oundle School staff accommodation moves
- Assisting with the Holiday let division
Experience:
- Hard working, enthusiastic and a core team member
- Some Property Management experience
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Organised, efficient and professional
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm
Salary:
GBP21,000 - GBP26,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
