Salary: £26-30k plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

We’re searching for a dedicated and customer orientated Concierge/Aftersales Advisor to join our clients esteemed yacht company. The Role:
At our clients prestigious yacht company, they specialise in curating unparalleled yachting experiences. As a Concierge/Aftersales Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients needs are met seamlessly. The opportunity would suit someone with experience of time management and multiple responsibilities, someone who excels with a busy and changing workload.
The Requirements:
Serve as primary point of contact for the clients aftersales needs, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to oversee yacht preparations and necessary repairs
Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients
Proactively gather client feedback to enhance our services and exceed expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Proven experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of Kerridge would be very beneficial
