With a legacy spanning over four decades, our client has been a key presence in the entertainment sector, ranging from artist management to live theatre production. They have fostered enduring relationships with esteemed musicians, comedians, and actors, while also establishing long-standing partnerships with premier venues nationwide.
As the Account Manager, you will spearhead the execution of marketing strategies for various performers under the company's management. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will serve as the primary liaison between artists and venues.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Formulating and overseeing comprehensive marketing plans and budgets for events across diverse venues
- Crafting compelling and impactful content tailored for various social media platforms
- Writing concise and persuasive copy for press releases, informational materials, and promotional collateral
- Conducting thorough market analysis for each event and coordinating marketing initiatives in alignment with venue teams
- Securing strategic advertising placements and press coverage across radio, television, and digital platforms
- Coordinating the production and distribution of print marketing materials, including posters, programs, and brochures
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools, with advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and online community engagement
- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to derive actionable insights from paid social and sales campaigns to inform marketing strategies
- Exceptional ability to craft creative and compelling copy consistent with the tone and brand identity of artists and performers
- Proactive and adaptable demeanor, coupled with exceptional multitasking capabilities
- Genuine passion for and understanding of the entertainment and music industry
