We listened to our members, they needed to focus on their marketing but just didn’t have the time. And with that, AGC Digital (our digital marketing agency) was born!
In this Marketing & Administration Assistant role, you'll be the heart of our online presence for us and our clients, playing a pivotal role in building and engaging our thriving member community.
Here's what you'll do:
Craft compelling social media content: Write engaging Facebook posts, schedule content, and engage in the voice of AGC and our AGC Digital clients.
Become a master of email marketing: Create effective email campaigns using templates, keeping our readers informed and excited.
Maintain a thriving online hub: Ensure our websites and member group are updated with fresh content and upcoming events.
Embrace video: Upload informative videos to YouTube, expanding our reach and member value.
Support our AGC team: Assist with administrative tasks to ensure our Growth Experts can focus on what they do best - empowering accounting professionals.
We're looking for someone who:
Loves social media: You're comfortable with the latest platforms and can craft engaging content.
Has an eye for detail: Accuracy and organisation are your middle names.
Thrives in a team: Collaboration is key, and you enjoy working towards a shared vision.
Is a whiz with tech: You're comfortable with essential tools like Facebook, email platforms, and website management systems.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills: You can clearly and concisely convey information both in writing and verbally.
Feels comfortable working remotely: You’re a self-starter who excels in a remote work environment, can manage your time effectively, and can communicate clearly with your team.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with WordPress, MailChimp/Brevo (or similar email marketing platforms), and Convertbox

- Part time with hours to be discussed but in the region of 20-30hours
Competitive salary & benefits: In the region of £12.50 p/h DOE, a pension plan, and 28 days holiday.
