SalaryProspectus is pleased to be supporting Material Focus, the organisation behind the UK-wide ‘Recycle Your Electricals campaign’, to appoint their Marketing Manager – Partnerships. They are a mission driven not-for-profit launched in April 2020.
Are you a marketing communications professional, with great people skills and an eye for brand, and attention to detail? This is a new role which will be focused on working with Material Focus funded projects across the UK to launch reuse and recycling initiatives. This role enables an environmentally focussed individual the potential to use their creative skills for huge impact. You will be managing client relationships and local levels and ensuring effective and consistent messaging, with a strong focus on the customer journey.
The role is hybrid, with usually one day per week in the office in Victoria, although flexibility for extra days here and there would be needed. The team are passionate about what they do, they are creating amazing change and playing an important part in steering the UK towards a circular economy.
The right candidate will be an ambitious, creative all-rounder, with experience in Marketing and Communications, and what makes a good media story.
You will be able to get up to speed on brand, and tone of voice, and feel confident relatively quickly in ensuring that partner communications are consistent with Material Focus messaging, and if not, being solutions focussed, and personable in order to bring comms back on track. You will also be organised, able to manage multiple partnership campaigns, across multiple channels, all at different stages.
