SalaryAn impactful business within the education sector is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their established marketing department. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be a key member of a supportive team. Responsible for leading your team through high-profile projects, and for developing, implementing and reporting on marketing & communication strategy.
About You:
- An established Marketing and Communications Manager, with team leadership experience.
- Previous strategic marketing experience, from inception to analysis.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Confident collaborating and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Available for a 12M FTC.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating, implementing and leading a team on the Marketing and communication strategy across high-profile projects.
- Hosting 1-to-1 sessions and working groups with direct reports to make sure the marketing plan is being followed and implemented effectively.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders on marketing strategy and being able to craft a strategy from their desired outcome.
- Monitoring the impact of various campaigns, through reporting and analysing performance against KPIs and ROI.
Where You'll Be Based:
Your office will be based in York. The office has on-site parking and great public transport links. After an onboarding period, hybrid working can be offered.
