Marketing And Pr Executive

My-iClinic is a leading eye clinic in London. Everything that we do is about improving sight and the quality of life to patients. We are seeking a talented Marketing and PR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PR and marketing strategies to enhance the company's image and brand.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the clinics services.

2. Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email newsletters and PRint materials.

3. Manage the clinics social media presence, including regular posting, community engagement, and monitoring of online reviews.

4. Coordinate advertising campaigns across online and offline channels, ensuring maximum exposure and ROI.

5. Organise and coordinate events to attract new patients.

6. Collaborate with external marketing contractors as well as internal teams, including Directors and all clinic staff to ensure marketing efforts align with the clinic’s goals and values.

7. Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years proven experience in Marketing and PR.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft informative messages for different audiences.

4. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

5. Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, analytic platforms and MS Office Suite.

6. Excellent organisational and PRoject management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. Creative thinking and PRoblem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

9. Ability to work well under pressure
