Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator Location: Boroughbridge Hours: Full Time, Office Based Salary: Up to £25,000
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our clients dynamic team as a Sales and Marketing Admin. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Sales and Marketing teams, providing essential administrative support to facilitate their activities and optimize business opportunities.
Responsibilities:• Respond to customer queries via phone and email • Managing the team inbox and filtering messages out • Processing sales orders through the system • Checking documentation and ensuring everything is recorded on the system • Arranging client visits, tradeshow appearances and company events • Requesting purchase orders from the sales team • Updating product pricing on the sales database • PA support to the MD inc diary management, trave arrangements and general admin • Creating monthly reports • Office management inc looking after supplies, reception area and preparing meeting rooms
Qualifications:• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a sales or marketing environment• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
