Trainee Sales Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join our team. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, getting to understand their mobility needs and finding Audi products that suit those needs. Responsibilities:
- Learn new skills and follow guidance around best practice
- Build customer relationships
- Conduct online and face to face training to develop your skills
- Present product/service offerings to potential clients
- Be smart and brand aligned at all times, both verbally and physically
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Experience in customer facing roles, ideally hospitality and/or retail
- Strong customer skills to identify needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success

- Ability to understand what good looks like and to excel in that arena
