In this role you’ll play a key part in our whole customer sales cycle, from prospecting for new opportunities to converting and delivering a premium sales process, and any necessary follow up.
In particular you will:
- Follow and stamp your mark on our structured sales process to maximise opportunities and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver the above with premium customer satisfaction, ensuring you correctly identify their needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Keep yourself updated and effective with the latest financial products, sales techniques, and familiarisation with our growing product range.
- Ensure all administrative processes and policies are followed to ensure compliant and accurate records are kept.
Successful sales processes still rely on effective human intervention and we’ll expect this to be one of your greatest attributes, ideally drawn from an automotive background. You will be a great listener; able to interpret customer wishes and convert them into successful solutions, delivered with passion honesty and professionalism.
Whilst you will be individually rewarded for your sales expertise, you’ll also need to be a natural team player, ensuring you work closely with your colleagues to ensure the overall customer service standards are maintained.
