Salary: £40K - £60 OTE
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 45 (5 days out of 7), this role includes weekend work (our busiest days!)
What will my day-to-day look like?
- Work effectively with the sales team and General Sales Manager, to achieve your own and the team’s monthly sales targets
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience throughout the entire customer journey
- Achieve a minimum of on-target sales every month and generate return business.
- Greet and welcome customers on arrival to the site.
- Check and maintain the sales pitch area.
- Manage the customer database and sales prospects.
- Complete the handover process of vehicles upon customer collection.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with their purchase and the service provided.
- Confidently and successfully upsell relevant products that suit the customer’s needs and promote same day driveaway.
- Quality check vehicles prior to them being collected or delivered to the customer.
- Accurately check part exchange vehicles using an app
- Complete CitNOW videos, pictures, and any other information required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer service at every step.
- Ensure customers are happy with their purchase and assist them on test drives.
- Provide quotes effectively and follow up in a timely manner.
- Complete home deliveries as and when required

What do we need from you?
- A full UK driving licence
