Our client, a leading organisation in their industry, is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join their team. As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and tactical marketing efforts, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
- Produce engaging and innovative content across various channels, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media, targeting our client's core business sectors and desired audience personas.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
- Take ownership of the campaign calendar, utilising data-driven audience segmentation and managing content distribution to maximise reach and frequency.
- Maintain and update the organisation's website to ensure it reflects the current marketing and sales goals.
- Plan and execute marketing events and trade shows with a focus on budget allocation and achieving a high return on investment.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, paying close attention to detail.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques and campaign management.
- Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

This is a fully office based, Monday to Friday role with flexibility on start / finish times. The offices are open 7:00am - 5:30pm
