Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated APPRENTICE Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and contribute to the growth of our company. This is an apprenticeship role that requires a course to be followed on day release. Under 23's ideally. We are a homecare company that suppports 3 branches and 2 franchises. Your role will allow for creativity and whilst following company brand guidelines. External remote support is also provided.

Duties:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities

- Support copywriting efforts for marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and website content

- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns

- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns and monitor performance metrics

- Support project management tasks, including coordinating timelines and deliverables

- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events or trade shows

- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

_ Attend a college of choice to attend a social media / marketing course for at least 1 year.

Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of the English language

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis

- Basic knowledge of IT systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices

- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms and Google Ads

- Ability to conduct market research using various tools and analyze data effectively

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
