Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant located in Portsmouth. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in day-to-day tasks, including conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- experience with social media marketing,
- content marketing, and email marketing.
- You must have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret and report on marketing data and trends.

The role
- Primary focus is to create marketing content for social media to include LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting on marketing campaigns
- Creating content for Promotions - graphics of sales & promotions
- Attending trade fairs to promote products
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and promotional merchandise.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Market Research
- Customer Service skills
- Sales skills and experience with Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
