Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy.


• Produce engaging and innovative content across various channels, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media, targeting our client's core business sectors and desired audience personas.


• Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.


• Take ownership of the campaign calendar, utilising data-driven audience segmentation and managing content distribution to maximise reach and frequency.


• Maintain and update the organisation's website to ensure it reflects the current marketing and sales goals.


• Plan and execute marketing events and trade shows with a focus on budget allocation and achieving a high return on investment.


• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, paying close attention to detail.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques and campaign management.


• Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools.


• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Junior - £23K - £26K / Experienced - £26K - £30K

This is a fully office based, Monday to Friday role with flexibility on start / finish times. The offices are open 7:00am - 5:30pm
