Job Description: Marketing Co-Ordinator and Sales Administrator

Company Overview: Our client is a leading supplier of security solutions, offering a wide range of innovative products in the security sector. As a small, family-run, and growing business, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Co-ordinator & Sales Administrator to join their established team. This role is pivotal in building their brand and supporting growth trajectory.

Job Overview: This flexible role involves working alongside the Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy and support the company's growth. You will need to build a strong understanding of our product ranges, alongside performing sales administrative duties such as order processing. The marketing duties encompass a broad spectrum, including collaboration with external partners for promotional materials, organising events, enhancing brand awareness through social media, direct email campaigns, and website management. You will also need to frequently optimise marketing strategies throughout the financial year to support sales targets.

As part of a team, you will also handle sales administration tasks, including processing sales orders and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  1. Plan, schedule, and execute all marketing strategies.
  2. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  3. Ensure all literature, including the website, brochures, presentations, and social media content, is on-brand and consistent.
  4. Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assess them against goals, and present findings to management.
  5. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  6. Use the CRM system (Hubspot) to create marketing emails using the database.
  7. Follow up on marketing campaigns and promotions by tactically phoning targeted customers.
  8. Update the company website with new and improved content.
  9. Plan and execute open days, training days, and trade shows.
  10. Coordinate with external freelancers for the creation and delivery of catalogues and promotional materials.

Sales Administration:

  1. Answer sales calls and emails.
  2. Process sales orders (via email and phone).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ years' experience in marketing.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in CRM administration, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Website CMS experience.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of up to 28,000 based on experience level.
  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
