Full time permanent role

Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our client on a full time permanent basis. This role would best suit somebody who is both creative and data driven with the ability to analyse and manipulate large sets of data.

Marketing experience is ideal, however creativity, a can-do approach with a keen eye for detail plus intermediate Excel is a must for this role.

Duties include:

• Producing marketing materials.
• General website maintenance and uploading adverts.
• Liasing with suppliers, designers and other 3rd parties, developing strong relationships.
• Extensive data analysis and preparing reports based on ROI, campaigns, supplier sales etc.
• Using the CRM system to manage leads and ensuring it is updated.
• Supporting with events and exhibitions when required.
• Preparing invoices and raising PO numbers.
• General administrative duties.

To be considered for the Marketing Assistant role, you must have/be:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business.
• Previous experience within a Marketing role would be a significant advantage.

• Intermediate Excel skills (essential).
• Confident analysing and manipulating sets of data.
• Creative.
• A real team player.
• Strong time management skills and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• An excellent attention to detail.
• Salesforce, SAP or QlikView experience would be an advantage.
