Marketing Assistant

Location: Oxford, with hybrid working options 1 or 2 days per week in-office
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing manager and internal/global teams on marketing strategy.
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Utilize various software for digital marketing purposes.
- Work closely with sales and marketing departments to execute plans effectively.
- Create marketing materials including white papers, product brochures, clinical presentations, and sales aids.
- Deliver presentations as needed.
- Maintain marketing databases and provide administrative support.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents with attention to detail.
- Understand company products and brand identity.
- Conduct market research and analyze feedback.
- Update social media accounts and assist with online presence.
- Support national symposia, congresses, and educational events.
- Coordinate exhibitions, meetings, workshops, and internal company events.
- Manage disclosure submissions and attend internal workshops and team meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Previous experience in administration or as a sales and Marketing Assistant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
