Our national Financial Planning and Wealth Management client is now recruiting for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their busy and expanding Marketing team.

General duties:
- Manage, maintain and update marketing literature as required
- Ensure that marketing activity is planned and executed in a timely manner with a high level of attention to detail
- Check the accuracy of website content and coordinate and execute content changes
- Manage the document library to ensure that all documents are uniquely logged and uploaded where appropriate
- Responsible for ensuring the intranet is updated with up-to-date documents and communications uploaded are clear and concise
- Support the Senior Marketing Communications Executive with the posting and reviewing of the company branded social media accounts - internal training will be provided (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Support the Senior Marketing Communications Executive with the creation and sending of monthly emails
- Manage all brand assets and co-ordinate the print runs of materials i.e., brochures
- Monitor and source branded collateral requests
- Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
On-boarding:
- Onboarding all new regional hubs as part of merger and acquisition activity
- Designing new website pages when required
- Setting up and managing social media presence
- Ordering signage and brochures
- Design and disseminate email signatures across the brand
- Creating and rebranding relevant marketing literature as required for M&A activity and rebrand activity
Design:
- Create client-facing service documentation and onboarding literature
- Create ad-hoc client service documentation as requested (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat DC, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Create marketing materials such as infographics, case studies and multi-page guides using templates and design packages to drop in text and images (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat DC)
- Prepare and update presentations on an ad-hoc basis
- Create and amend images for Social Media and PR (Photoshop)
- Prepare fresh branding ideas periodically for a variety of company digital & print literature, including social media branding, company brochures & advertisements
Ideally the business would like to hire someone with a natural interest in Financial Services, but are still open to all backgrounds, as long as you consider marketing as a long term career choice.
This position will be home based with very occasional travel for off-site Marketing events and team days.
An excellent salary plus a discretionary bonus alongside benefits will all be offered. Full training and support for specialist Marketing qualifications are also available alongside progression in the team.
