Marketing Assistant

NQual is an Awarding Organisation that provide high quality qualifications and assessments across the UK.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support in our marketing efforts across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in upholding the company’s brand identity, bringing forth new ideas and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks within the department.

Working closely with the Marketing Executive, you will assist in execution of marketing initiatives efficiently and effectively.

This role is part-time, working a total of 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Support in creating resources such as support packs, admin materials, revision guides, presentations, newsletters and flyers.
• Ensuring the company's brand identity is maintained throughout all aspects of work.
• Conducting research and support in the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Support in the maintenance of our website.
• Using initiative in suggesting workable online campaigns or marketing actions that drive performance.
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Any other duties required by the organisation.

Skills:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong eye for detail
• Experience with web, social media and email marketing campaigns (preferable but not essential).
• Experience with graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects (preferable but not essential)
• Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to achieve goals and targets within timescales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
