Marketing Assistant
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £24,000 per annum

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who’ll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day service we provide for internal customers as well as helping us complete projects that directly impact on external marketing.
Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, your work will include tasks that are likely to stretch you to learn new things as well as regular responsibilities that keep the department functioning smoothly. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us whilst bringing some existing design skills that will enable them to immediately contribute to team output.
Responsibilities
Creating, editing, and formatting company documents, such as departmental structure charts, presentations, and interactive forms.
Creating print-ready artwork for branded stationery including labels/stickers.
Liaising with printers and raising orders.
Assisting with video production and photography.
Organising and maintaining our image library.
Sourcing branded merchandise.
Assisting in the creation of social media graphics.
Maintaining our social media accounts by responding to direct messages and comments as well as staying on top of social media housekeeping (e.g. updating the Facebook Featured Posts section).
Sourcing, editing, printing, and distributing internal communications posters.
Managing the marketing inbox to ensure internal and external stakeholders receive prompt replies.
Requirements
Essential
Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
Competent in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with GCSE English grade 4/C or above required as a minimum (higher grades and A level equivalent qualifications preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Adaptability to handle changing priorities and briefs that may evolve rather than remain as originally stated.
Desirable
Adobe Creative Suite: Premier Pro and After Effects.
Experience using a DSLR/mirrorless camera.
