WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied role, involving graphic design, marketing and team assistant support. You will be working independently, supporting with admin, marketing and project work.
Day to day:
- Creating content, social media posts and mail chip
- Creating brochures, letters, and graphics for roadshows
- Scheduling meetings, calendar management and inbox management
- Client communication, drafting correspondence
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Booking some travel & expenses
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have the ability to work independently within a small environment. You must have graphic design experience alongside office administration.
Essential requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- 1 to 2+ years experince
- Graphic design experience within a professional environment
- Outstanding communication skills, written & verbal
- Proactive nature & good use of initiative
- Tech savy and good experience on all Microsoft platforms
- Problem solver and flexibility
- Word press & graphic design is a bonus
