Marketing Assistant Product And Brand Development

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant (Product and Brand Development) to join our Marketing team and work in collaboration with the R&D team and French sites. You will contribute to our Product and Brand Development strategies to promote our delicious, authentic and high-quality French bakery products enjoyed by consumers worldwide. Location/Contract Type: Milton Keynes/Site-based - Full Time/Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30 (although flexibility required to attend events on weekends/bank holidays).
Salary: £25,000-£32,000 depending on experience.

About the Role:
·Lead the development and execution of Product and Brand strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand equity and visibility, alongside alignment with market trends, consumer preferences, and business goals.
·Manage the development of compelling digital and non-digital marketing campaigns, as well as collateral, packaging and promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
·Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation and design to launch and post-launch analysis, acting as primary liaison with our French head office on all product-related matters.
·Conduct regular analysis of Product and Brand performance, industry trends and competitor activities to provide suggestions for continuous improvement, and identify development opportunities.
·Respond promptly and effectively to consumer claims, demonstrating a commitment to consumer satisfaction.
About You:
·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
·Proven experience in Product and Brand Development within the food or FMCG industry.
·Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
·Excellent project management capabilities.
·Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and market trends.
·Effective communication and collaboration skills.
