Our luxury interiors client is looking for a tenacious problem-solving Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support across various marketing functions, and ensure efficient communication and seamless support between departments.
This candidate needs to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Being flexible, positive and having a can-do attitude, doing whatever is required to get the job done to the best of your ability, are all crucial character traits in this role. You will be organised with meticulous attention to detail.
Prior experience in and knowledge of the luxury interiors industry, or a similar creative industry, is essential.
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of design packages and email marketing providers such as Mail Chimp, InDesign and Photoshop are desired.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Admin support for all relevant marketing initiatives
- Stock ordering / management
- Copy / content checking
- Managing communication with suppliers
- Assisting with photo shoot and photography admin
- Event admin as required including trade shows and showroom
- Press releases (collating images and copy checking)
- Creating sales packs
- Website admin - image upload / collation / resize
- Collate and manage image library
- Support PR team
- Provide support for the visual merchandising of London / Paris Showrooms
- Booking suppliers, vans and trades
Salary – £32-35k DOE + bens
Start – July ideally
Hours – 9:30am – 5:30pm
Based – fully office-based, Chelsea
Holiday – 24 days holiday
