Our client is keen to hire several motivated and experienced Sales Assistant professionals who will provide exceptional customer service, whilst driving sales and maintaining the concessions pristine appearance. You thrive on assisting customers in the true spirit of adding value to their shopping experience guiding clientele to select the right jewellery products.

Job Role:

• You enjoy delivering a warm and personalised shopping experience and can assist jewellery wearers to select items that are best matched to both their preference & budget

• Fluent in understanding store operational policy you can relate & answer any point of trading clarification that is asked of you.

• When operational and in-store you are always mindful & implement to the letter best shop floor security protocols

• Your salesmanship strengths have always shined bright and you are totally at ease with promoting special offers and encouraging linked purchases.

• Often commended for your product knowledge you have a thirst to ever learn more and when processing gained sales through (POS )this is done with equal verve & accuracy.

• The visual aesthetics of your sales space has no room to be anything other than immaculate.

• Displays need to be appealing , projecting best features & benefits of every product and promotional materials positioned with absolute precision.

• Any area of merchandise that you are fast selling out of needs to be communicated to your supporting leadership team who will re-supply.

• Team collaboration is essential - there will be plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas as to how all can collectively store performance improve.

• Additionally there will be a sharing of training responsibility which as & when required you may be able to lend your expertise where asked / appropriate

Requirements:

• To have previous experience in retail sales , preferably the jewellery or luxury goods sector would be hugely application helpful

• We've mentioned already the need to be a sales achiever linked with a strong customer service orientation

• Being within such a busy high footfall shopping destination you need to be resilient able to handle a multitude of client asks with an ever-can-do persona

• You are skilled in managing stock , resources and POS systems all will help you & your team mates be as organised as will be daily required
