Marketing Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing activities to support the growth of our business. This is a remote role with 1-2 days per month at our Market Harborough location and would ideally suit somebody in Leicestershire or Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Manage social media platforms and engage with online audiences
- Assist in email marketing campaigns and content creation
- Collaborate with the team on copywriting for various marketing materials
- Support in Google Ads campaigns and monitor their performance
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website
- Help with IT-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to analyse data
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous experience or interest in marketing
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
