Marketing Associate

The City & Capital Group are currently representing a highly respected & fast growing investment hours and commercial property finance lender who are working to appoint an ambitious and creative Marketing Associate to join their expanding team at a genuinely exciting time.

My client delivers tailored bridging finance, development exit products and buy to let offerings designed specifically to support clients undertaking complex property projects that are often overlooked by other funders.

Due to substantial recent investment they have their sights set firmly on aggressive growth over the coming years. You will assist the Managing Director & Sales and Marketing Director to deliver integrated and impactful marketing strategies across all platforms.

This role will suit a confident, growing and ambitious marketer who thrives when working with senior team members to help develop and deliver creative concepts and marketing activity.

With vast potential to take on additional responsibility in-line with personal growth and business expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities Include (but may not be limited to)

• Work alongside the Managing/Sales & Marketing Director to shape marketing schedules

• Create engaging concepts for print, digital and event campaigns

• Manage brand social channels and networking opportunities

• Track campaign response rates and marketing ROI

• Assist with PR, promotions and special projects

Experience & Skills

The ideal individual for this role will be someone who is eager for a long and fruitful career within financial services marketing. Our client is willing to consider:

• A recent marketing graduate looking for their first time role
• A marketing professional (with or without degree) with between 1-5 years experience

Whilst financial services experience will be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite as these elements of the industry and role can be trained. Key will be a proactive, forward thinking and creative individual who can grow with the company and take on more responsibility, in time.

The basic salary on offer for this role is up to £40k which will be complemented by access to our clients favourable bonus and benefits scheme. Higher offers may well be considered for exceptional experience & talent. The bonus is up to £10k per annum, based on performance.
