What’s the role?
We’re offering a unique and brilliant opportunity for you to join our Global Marketing function as it is reshaping & growing, allowing you to make your creative mark with new ideas and an opportunity for you to make a real impact on the business. You’ll lead your own Marketing Campaigns for our Global Sales function on existing and new accounts, understanding the customer journey, improving engagement and raising brand awareness.
Day to day you’ll
- Partner with the business to develop the strategy and create the campaigns that effectively target our key verticals and audiences and deliver our campaign objectives.
- Define campaign journeys and proactively optimize these across email automation, paid search, digital display, social media, lead nurture, landing pages, events and more.
- Hold responsibility for the analytical reporting of campaigns across all channels, creating reports of varying depth to suit various stakeholders in the business. You will play a key role in marketing funnel reviews to track performance of both campaign and sales funnel productivity.
- Work with the Content Team to create compelling marketing content and assets (marketing emails, landing pages, workflows) that effectively drive our demand generation. Through our marketing automation platform, HubSpot, who will use this content to create compelling and impactful customer experiences.
- Make recommendations on lead generation tactics and media mix recommendations and ultimately build the performance of campaigns and expand our campaign channels.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure we are meeting cost per lead goals and delivering impact and value against our spend.
- Be fully engaged with key functions, such as Product and Sales, as well as the Global Marketing Team, to understand collective goals and share responsibility for delivering successful projects. These will include sales enablement, targeted customer marketing, regional marketing, event management and product marketing.
- Creativity, new ideas and a real passion for executing and delivering amazing campaigns to help grow a client base
- Expertise in running successful campaigns from start to finish
- Marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Ability to plan and maximise the use of resources to make best use of time to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communicator demonstrating imagination and innovation with an eye for detail
- Project management skills
- Cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration
