Job description

My client, a thriving online retailer is looking for a temporary Marketing Campaign Manager to define and execute our annual omni-channel marketing plan, during a rapid period of growth. This role involves managing organic social channels, overseeing store marketing strategies, and ensuring that the campaign calendar aligns with stakeholder objectives. The ideal candidate will be innovative, using a ‘test and learn’ approach to marketing, and will be adept at building community-led content that resonates with our audience.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop and deliver the annual omni-channel marketing plan and calendar, coordinating across various channels such as email, social media, direct mail, and in-store events.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of OB organic social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with the brand.
  • Oversee the Store Marketing strategy, including new store openings and support for underperforming stores.
  • Balance the campaign calendar with a mix of categories, themes, product launches, and brand engagement.
  • Employ a ‘test and learn’ approach to discover new content executions, technologies, platforms, and media techniques.
  • Create compelling omni-channel content that aims to engage, convert, and retain customers.
  • Utilize customer insights to inform and refine seasonal campaign messaging.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to tailor campaigns to local contexts for maximum effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with PR and Influencer teams to enhance campaign reach and engagement.
  • Work with acquisition and retention teams to explore all opportunities for customer growth both in-store and online.
  • Support initiatives to improve the customer journey.
  • Manage asset creation with the studio photography team, ensuring top-quality campaign content.
  • Define success metrics for campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on insights.
  • Track and report on key KPIs, informing decision-making processes.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure spend is optimized for a positive ROI.
  • Strive for a unified omni-channel customer experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Marketing Campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with budget management and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to test new ideas.
  • Familiarity with customer journey optimisation.
