Full-Time Temporary - possibility of perm position at end of the assignment - £26k + bonus

Temp role to start week comm 26th Feb 2024 until end of Sept 2024

Exciting opportunity for someone proficient in utilising social media platforms to join a growing events business. You will be highly skilled and motivated to drive registrations, cultivate community engagement, and elevate brand visibility across the client’s diverse portfolio of events. You will be instrumental in implementing campaigns through digital channels and will be responsible for supporting diverse marketing administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities as a Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator:

• Content generation, post promotions, community building to drive awareness and registrations.
• Plan & create content for the client’s social media accounts, post & manage content on all social media accounts primarily on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Tik Tok.
• You will need to be a creative thinker and be able to turn that creativity into content in the forms of:
• Graphics
• Videos & Animations
• Text Posts
• New product releases
• Coordinate and support on multi-channel marketing campaigns - e.g website updates.
• Stakeholder management with speakers.
• Coordinate market research activity as necessary in line with the business objectives.
• Other relevant tasks as requested by the management and team.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Entry level - Marketing experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in social media channels LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok.
• Experience in Canva and Hootsuite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly proactive and happy to take on a challenge.
• Multi-tasking with the ability to prioritise relevant tasks.
• A team player that is collaborative in nature
• Analytical and able to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Strong copywriting and proofing skills
• Creative eye and strong attention to detail
