My client are an established and reputable organisation who are a leading manufacturer and distributer of specialist items. They are one of the area s biggest and most desirable employers in Staffordshire and across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join an established team and work within the Marketing Communications team supporting the sales organisation with retailer facing content.
- Manage the production and up-keep of brand, product category, key customer, and seasonal trade presentations to deliver business commercial objectives
- Liaison with Buying and Product teams converting product roadmaps to retailer facing content by working closely with the In-House creative design studio
- Manage the retailer digital product compliance service ensuring product content on retailer websites meets minimum rule set requirements at all times
- Manage the content and brochure execution around trade shows to deliver key product messages
- Organise and track the marketing requirements for each trade show to ensure all tasks are actioned before their deadlines
Duties to include:
Catalogues, Brochures, and presentations
- Create and maintain master product catalogues for all owned brands within the business ensuring they are continually refreshed and up to date
- Custodian of the catalogues ensure correct usage and providing bespoke extracts / variations to meet commercial objectives
- Responsible for digital upkeep and any print requirements
- Manage ad hoc range and product collection brochure requirements for the Sales organisation
- Create customer presentations from Sales briefs utilising brand guidelines and approved product & brand digital content assets
- Create Product Information Packs for all new product introductions facilitating sales forecasts to be produced by the Sales organisation
- Manage any trade printed material requirements with external print agencies to agreed budgets
- Work within the organisations Product Information Management / Data Asset Management system ensure single version of the truth to catalogue, brochure, and presentation content
- Ensure content is maintained and accessible via organisation s remote Sales Presenter software applications
Trade Shows & exhibitions
- Ensure the content on trade show exhibition profiles are up to date with the latest images, press releases and brochures
- Create bespoke landing pages per show to house digital copies of brochures and catalogues for digital downloads
- Liaise with brand directors to capture and delivery brochure print requirements
- Liaise with buyers to brief, manage approvals, and print of product spec cards and stand graphics
- Liaise with brand directors to capture and record marketing requirements for each trade show and ensure actions are completed within key deadlines
Digital Product Content
- Ensure digital content for products is optimised and used by target retailers
- Ensure the product catalogue is up to date in content compliance software
- Liaise with Sales organisation to correct any product content errors or optimisation requirements within target retailers
