Location: Fleet Office (with occasional local travel to our other offices)

• Passion for Marketing, PR, and Design: A genuine passion for the field.
• Creativity: Ability to create on-brand marketing materials in line with the company's vision.
• Digital Marketing and Design: A good grasp of digital marketing and design.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with various individuals, teams and senior management.
• Organisational Skills: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
• Copywriting Skills: Proficient in writing compelling copy and content.
• Effective Communication: Ability to deliver internal and external communications effectively.
• Proactive Attitude: A can-do approach with a problem-solving mindset.
• Travel: A car driver comfortable with occasional travel to other offices when needed.

Desirable Skills:

• Marketing Experience: Previous experience in an entry level marketing role or relevant qualifications.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Dreamweaver), video editing, and Wordpress.
• Web Editing: Experience in editing websites (Wordpress).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CMS and SEO.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media: Strategy for growth, content creation, and paid ads.
• Website Management: Copy, content, landing pages, and updates via Wordpress.
• Email Marketing: Creation of HTML mailers and newsletters.
• Campaign Material: Development of print and digital campaign material.
• Content Creation: How-to guides, tips, FAQs, and internal publications.
• Reviews Management: Seeking and managing reviews.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Additional tasks as required.
