Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Ops Coordinator to join a thriving marketing agency based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. This varied role includes data research, marketing campaigns, social media & website content, and project delivery. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role and comes with a salary of £26k-£32k depending on experience.

The Client

Our client is an independent marketing agency based in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. They are a passionate team of Marketers, Strategists, Designers, Web Developers and Researchers. They bring innovation and fresh ideas to offline and digital marketing activities for a wide range of business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. They offer a friendly and supportive environment in a newly refurbished office with free on-site parking in a gated courtyard.

The Role

This is a varied role where you will be involved in research and management of direct marketing databases, and project delivery across all agency work. Working closely with the Operations Manager and design team, you will support in delivering a range of direct marketing campaigns, to include coordinating assets (data, brochures, mailers, letters), managing activity plans, and monitoring and reporting on the campaigns. You will also play a key part in website support and social media activity, including SEO, populating web pages, updating news posts, managing organic/paid media schedules, coordinating assets for content, writing short burst copy, selecting/re-sizing imagery, and building network connections.

You have a passion for all things marketing and enjoy a varied role that makes use of your skills. Overall, you are a strong team player who loves to support the team for a range of marketing-led projects. You have excellent attention to detail along with a logical approach, analytical skills, and excellent grammar and spelling.
