We are currently recruiting for a talented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team during an exciting and promising time within Alzheimer's Society. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and delivering a ground-breaking TV documentary and surrounding cascade campaign, help to deliver the next stage of our brand-refresh campaign.
Additionally you'll be taking the lead with our major corporate partners (such as British Airways) and support in devising marketing plans for our national influencing work to Make Dementia a Priority – planning integrated, impactful, multi-channel creative campaigns that reach our target audiences and drive emotional engagement and change.
You will work alongside key internal stakeholders and renowned external creative and media agencies to ensure they have what they need to deliver exceptional campaigns that win hearts and minds and help us to meet our ambitious targets to extend our reach, be known as the go-to dementia charity and help end the devastation caused by dementia.
About you
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join the team, someone who has:
- Solid experience and a good understanding of brand and marketing – within the not-for-profit sector would be beneficial or other organisations.
- Demonstrable project management skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and co-ordinate a large number of projects simultaneously
- Experience of producing a wide range of marketing communication materials across different marketing channels
- Experience of digital and social media marketing and website management
- Experience working with external agencies – briefing and managing creative suppliers
- Demonstrable creative thought and the ability to review creative concepts
- Experience analysing audience data and designing marketing activity based on this insight
- Analytical skills to be able to evaluate marketing data and measure campaign success
Person Specification
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills and extensive experience/knowledge on using Microsoft packages.
- Work collaboratively and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
