The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Delivery Team Leader to lead a team of Marketing Executives, a Designer, and Marketing Analysts. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign execution, team management, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and an effective communicator who can drive results in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Accountabilities
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of Marketing Executives, a Designer, and Marketing Analysts to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and open communication.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Global Marketing Operations manager and stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the team in translating marketing strategies into actionable plans, campaigns, and initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Work closely with Marketing Analysts to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns.
  • Creative Direction and Design: Collaborate with the Designer to ensure that marketing materials, including visuals and collateral, align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to ensure all design assets are on-brand and visually appealing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key internal stakeholders to align on marketing goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, results, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Finance team to manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize campaign impact and ROI.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and ensure the team remains competitive.
Functional and Technical Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, campaign execution, and team management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
