Job Purpose
- To design marketing collateral across the business
- Create impactful and high-quality graphics / designs / content for use in marketing campaigns and e-communications
- Align all design work to NOF values and brand
Location
Office based with occasional travel
Salary Range
£24,000 - £28,000 based on experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Daily use of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) and Microsoft based products (PowerPoint, Word etc.) to produce marketing collateral with impactful visuals and designs
· Create designs across all areas of the business including corporate, events, membership, services and Energi Coast working to brand guidelines
· Create designs for marketing campaigns including but not limited to e-flyers, printed materials, adverts, social media, PR, signage etc.
· Work to brief specifications to design graphics for external exhibition stands
· Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to create engaging, high quality and stand out content that resonates with the audience and builds a positive brand image
· Work with the events team on flagship events to produce marketing collateral as required
· Liaise with marketing / design agencies when needed
· Support the production of external films which are outsourced
· Produce in-house animations and videos for promotional campaigns across all areas of the business
· Ensure stakeholders use the NOF / Energi Coast brand guidelines
· Liaise with members, stakeholders and suppliers to collect information such as editorial, adverts, e-flyer content, company information, photos and logos
· Support the ongoing development of the NOF and Energi Coast websites
· Ensure all communications issued are accurate, proofed, of high quality and align to brand guidelines
· Be a social media champion with active use of LinkedIn, Twitter/X and Instagram etc.
Other Duties:
· Utilise NOF event platforms, communication channels and CRM to best effect
· Act as ‘Ambassador’ for NOF
· Time allocated to provide support to the Energi Coast Cluster (owned and operated by NOF) to roll out their brand and messaging
· Identify and assist in the recruitment of new members, supporting the Business Development team
· Continually look for ‘good news’ stories and case studies amongst members that can be used for publicity
· Develop and maintain an active personal profile within the membership
· Represent the organisation at local and national events
· Perform any additional duties that commensurate with the position as required
Knowledge & Skills Required:
· IT literate with experience of InDesign specific applications such as Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop etc. as well as all aspects of Microsoft Office and virtual platforms including Teams and Zoom
· Creative outlook / confident in driving forward new ideas
· Knowledge of graphic design and marketing
· Excellent eye for detail, proofing skills and knowledge of brand integrity
· Ability to successfully work to branding guidelines
· Excellent knowledge of office practices, administration and customer services
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to operate over several projects and meet tight deadlines
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to do so at all levels
· Knowledge and experience relating to social media
· Good negotiation skills
· The ability to pick up and learn new software as / when required
Education & Experience:
· Graphic Design qualification with extensive experience working with Adobe packages (or equivalent)
· Marketing or business-related qualification is desirable
· Office experience is desirable
