The Role:
As the Marketing & Design Manager, you'll be the storyteller and advocate for their environmental initiatives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for sustainability will drive the success of their marketing campaigns, reinforcing their commitment to a greener world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategies to promote environmental services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Identify key market segments and produce targeted advertising, direct marketing, and promotional campaigns to existing/potential clients.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, press releases, articles, and newsletters.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research, for example customer and supplier questionnaires and focus groups, to identify market segments, competitive landscape, and positioning strategies.
  • Graphic Design: Oversee the graphic design team to define requirements, visualise and create graphics including flyers, videos, brochures, case studies and presentations.

Events: Plan and oversee the organisation of events, webinars, seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

  • Analysis: Use marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) and measure the success of campaigns to make data-driven decisions
  • Branding: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to gather insights, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and influencers to amplify our brand reach and foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

Experience required:

  • Proven Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success in marketing roles, preferably within the environmental/sustainability sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex environmental concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels.
  • Passion for Sustainability: A creative mindset coupled with a genuine passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful environmental initiatives.
